SLOW JUICER RECIPE:
DRIED CURRY WITH CARROT PULP

 

What you’ll need

2 chopped onions (400g)

Pulp of carrot (400g)

Pinch garlic (mince, or crushed)

1 teaspoon oil

300g beef mince

2 tbsp plain flour

3 tablespoon curry powder

4 tablespoons tomato ketchup

1½ tablespoons worcester sauce

1 tablespoons consomme (granulated powder)

2 cups water

1½ teaspoon salt

Pinch pepper

 

 

How to make it

Put oil in a heated frying pan and add onion, carrot pulp, garlic and oil. Saute until transparent.

Add beef mince mix and saute it until it is cooked.

Add remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally.
